• Passengers who wish to get on the bus while sitting in a wheelchair need to make reservation before getting on the bus.
• Reservation is available from one month before the boarding date to a day before.
• Reservation can only be made through the phone.

*Please note that an ordinary limousine bus may operate instead when the airport limousine bus is not available due to the maintenance etc.

• The size limit of the wheel chair is 120cm in length, 109cm in height and 70cm in width.
• Keikyu staff will operate the wheelchair lift and provide assistance in the bus.
• It may take time to board the bus so please be sure to arrive at the bus stop for the lift-equipped limousine bus early enough.
• When all the wheelchair seats are occupied, we may not be able to accept your reservation.
• Inter-Terminal Free Shuttle Bus is available between the domestic terminal and the international terminal (Low-floor bus).
• We are not liable for any accidents, disputes or destruction of property that may occur while you are using our facilities unless such loss or damage is due to our gross negligence.
